Our guest is Dr Charles Shepherd, Medical Director of the ME Association. He was a GP when he himself came down with the illness in his twenties. He has written the definitive patient book on ME: Living With ME and co-authored the “Purple Book” guide for GPs. He joins us a day ahead of the latest meeting on revising the (currently awful) NICE Guidelines on ME. He will give us a short update on all the hot topics currently and then will take questions on anything we want to raise.
His time is short so please join the meeting sharp for 2pm and ideally 10-15 minutes before if you are new to Zoom so we can make sure everyone is fully connected and comfortable with it.
