Thanks to a grant from the Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund, the Network will provide refreshments, supplied by a caterer who will need our order a week in advance. Please contact paul@dgmefm.org.uk by 27th January with your food requirements from the options below.

Tea and coffee (including decaf), cow’s milk, sugar, and sweeteners will be available. You are of course welcome to bring anything else you might need.

Choice of white roll, sandwich or baguette.

Cheese, Ham, Chicken, Coronation Chicken, Chicken Tikka

  • Add salad, or mix fillings (e.g. cheese and ham)

At this meet up, local Massage therapist, Tigger MacGregor, will be joining us and offering short, gentle, clothed Chair Massage treatments after lunch (no charge). The treatments have been designed to soothe the nervous system and you remain in control of the treatment throughout. Tigger will be available to answer questions during lunch and there will be space to ask any more individual questions during the 1:1 treatment consultations which form part of the Massage.
Please note that we can’t ensure that there will be time to treat everyone who wants it so please state your interest when you arrive.

From the lower end of Queen St at the King’s Arms crossroad, turn into St Andrew Street, signposted to Auchencairn. After about a hundred yards, the Hall is set back through a gateway on the righthand side, after Abbeyfield’s Bothwell House and before the church.
