The following relaxation exercises/techniques are taken from a resource produced by NHS Fife. Just in case you have a preference, one set is read in a male voice, the other in a female voice. Both are the same length, just over 37 minutes. They include the following tracks: Breathing; Progressive Muscular Relaxation; Guided Imagery; Visualisation; and Developing Personal Resources.
