The 5 Emergence self-portraits created by our members will be on display at Kirkcudbright Galleries from 30th March for a month. Pop along to the cafe to have a look. Open Monday – Saturday: 10am – 4pm, and Sundays: 11:30-4pm

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where participants relax, sitting or lying down, while being enveloped by resonant sounds from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums. This is a fully funded activity. Parking is available directly outside the venue.
